**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Work with and support/maintain COTS Business Financial systems;
- Analyze and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary;
- Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical documentation;
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems;
- Collaborate with third parties and internal team to configure secure communication, IP whitelisting, VPN tunnels, SSH Keys, PGP configuration as well as the creation and maintenance of certificates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and system-related issues;
- Analyze and follow service calls through to resolution using the incident management tool.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in using Azure and its integration platform tools such as Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager Azure Functions, DevOps and Key Vault;
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services;
- Knowledge of File Transfer Protocols (FTP, SFTP) and various SFTP Clients
- Experience with integrating cloud based (Software as a Service) digital solutions;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in defining and maintaining integration principles, patterns, and standards, and providing integration services for digital solutions.
- Experience in analyzing, maintaining, and deploying Workato integrations would be considered an asset.
- Azure and Workato Certificates would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of server and desktop processing/operating systems (Microsoft);
- Excellent working knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle, including designing and tuning stored procedures;
- Good working knowledge of formal change management processes;
- Knowledge of ITIL framework would be considered an asset;
- Experience in using software tools/utilities to manage support/service calls and problems;
- Strong planning, prioritizing and time management skills - must be able to undertake and manage multiple tasks at the same time and work under deadlines and operational pressures;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements would be considered an asset;
- Experience in analyzing and developing PL/SQL scripts would be considered an asset.
- Experience in PowerShell, REXX and VB scripting would be considered an asset;
- Good understanding of purpose and definition of AD group policies;
- Can collaborate and work in a team environment, and can work efficiently as an individual with mínimal supervision.
- This is an in-office position in our Gatineau, Quebec location.

**Qualifications**
- University or College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
- Two to five years’ experience as an Integration Specialist and/or Systems analyst.
