We currently have an exciting opportunity at SPM Oil & Gas, a newly acquired Caterpillar company for an Injection Molding Machine Operator. The role performs the following:
JOB DUTIES:
Operational Effectiveness: There is a requirement to answer all customer phone calls, set up and maintain customer account details-related to invoicing, shipping etc, create quotes and sales orders for customers, and support customers with technical product knowledge and operational account maintenance.

The incumbent will resolve order fulfillment issues and provide pricing support (annual reviews/change requests
- specification driven, new price setting, debit/ credit notes) and be responsible for coordinating sales input to product changeover activity and reporting.

Employee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Industry Rep Support: The jobholder will be required to communicate customer day-to-day issues and learn how to identify business growth opportunities in conjunction with an allocated Industry Rep. There is a need for the incumbent to support and maintain effective relationships with Industry Reps. This includes supporting customer visits and having an awareness of marketing materials/support information concepts to support field sales activity.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
The position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, one to two years of job-related experience are typically required. Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department including a high level of flexibility. Support project management skills and learning customer skills. Ability to use Office 365 including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
