Due to strong growth and excellent results, Cloverdale Paint Inc. has an incredible opportunity for a **full time Machine Operator/Filler **at our facility in **Winnipeg, MB.**

**Hours of work will be 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Production of paint and powder products using various chemicals following in-depth work instructions.
- Utilize several different types of production equipment to fulfill formulation requirements.
- Work closely with fellow employees on scheduling and production coordination to optimize throughput.
- Work with Quality Control staff to manufacture products within specification and of the highest quality and consistency.
- Perform in-process testing and record keeping of daily operations.
- Daily maintenance of production equipment.
- Help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completion of high school diploma.
- Strong communication skills, and be competent in math and numeric comprehension.
- Ability to be trained and certified on mobile equipment.
- Ability to read and understand batch documents.
- Available for shift work and overtime.
- Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to **50 lb regularly.**:

- Capable of standing for long hours.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Dependable and responsible individual with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- *Previous experience with operating production machinery and experience in the paint industry is an asset*_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
