**Summary of Position**:
Serve food and beverages, general plate service. Present bills to customers and accept payment. Describes menu items including daily specials to the customers. Advise on menu and wine selections. Present, open, pour and serve wine. Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

**Additional Skills**:
Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Understand and abide by the provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Balance cash and record sales, Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs and floor. Set tables, replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.

**Work Setting**:
Gastro Pub, Encore restaurant and pool side patio

**Must have own transportation, public transit stops 1 km from the hotel.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $13.60 per hour
