**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing staff, maintaining standards of food safety and hygiene, and fostering a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of staff members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement promotional activities to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant management field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bartending experience is required.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
