**The Opportunity**:
IMP’s corporate IT department currently has an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst.
**What You Will Do**:
Work closely with business end users to understand priorities and impact and provide timely response on status of critical systems.
Proactively identify and act on emerging issues and work with others in the IT department to resolve them. Many of these issues require a rapid response and the ability to arrive at a workaround or solution.
Make recommendations on process improvements and enhance system and support documentation.
Provide training to end users.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
A strong desire to learn business processes and the software used
Strong analytical skills
Database software management tools experience
Good customer service and communication skills
Exposure to mid-size business software systems and ticket tracking software
**Education**:
BEng, BSc or equivalent certificate from a recognized institution, or a related field of equivalent practical professional experience
**Security**:
