Logistics Coordinator

Korex Logistics was incorporated in 2006 with the main purpose of providing total logistics solutions and since then it has been offering all kinds of services related to international transportation.

Mainly focusing on 3PL in the fastest growing industry, Korex Logistics has been expanding its business scope to various areas not only trucking, ocean/air service, warehousing but also customs brokerage, parcel deliveries and project cargo.

Logistics Coordinator role is to support ocean/air service team, warehousing team, and project cargo team on handling imports and exports. This position is also responsible for assisting any necessary procedures that can lead to smooth process of importation and exportation.

Duties/ Responsibilities of the Position
- Utilize OPUS program to handle shipping documents
- Assist to unload and receive incoming shipments
- Assist to load and ship out outgoing shipments
- Assist on quotation and pricing as per requests
- Answer customers and suppliers’ inquiries
- Track shipments and send reports to customers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in business/transportation/logistics/international trade (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding industry (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Korean
- Excellent customer service skills
