Under the direction of the Operations Manager, efficiency and customer service will be a priority. The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for facilitating the receiving, storing and shipping of supplies, stock and materials as well as effectively managing the timely flow of order processing.
**The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks**:
- Making appointments for inbound deliveries;
- Preparing bills to be shipped;
- Preparing receiving documents;
- Maintaining a log of transaction history between warehouse and transports;
- Receiving transports on arrival;
- Shipping appointments;
- Responsible for the inbound and outbound operations;
- Respond professionally to customer concerns and queries;
- Responsible for internal controls with reasonable assurances that operations are effective and efficient;
- Responsible for creating sales orders in Accellos;
- Adjust inventory in Accellos;
- Update and track all pick-ups and deliveries;
- Count the inventory cycle;
- Coordinate and communicate with warehouse teams (correction of orders, preparation of switches as well as internal transfers and those to the customer)
- Update the reference tools for transfers and transactions daily;
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within the team, as well as other stakeholders;
- Perform certain administrative tasks;
- Execute any other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to communicate well in French
- Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player;
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset)
