Bétonel/Dulux is hiring a Full - Time Store Manager with an Opportunity to Build Your Career Great Pay Plus Full Time Benefits Starting Pay $16.00 an hour This position is for Day Shift with typical store hours between Monday - Friday 6am to 6pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm and closed on Sunday Bétonel/Dulux is hiring immediately for the position of full-time Store Manager, reporting to the Store Group Manager you will use your gifts for inspiring others to achieve results. You will handle the challenge of running your own store, where you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be accountable for all aspects of operation. Retail Store Manager Main Responsibilities: - Opening and closing of the Bétonel/Dulux branch. - Accomplish a sales and profit plan by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, net contribution reduction and growth - Maintain Bétonel/Dulux's high customer service standards on your part and of your team. - Maintain a high level of associate engagement through successful leadership - Hire, lead, empower and successfully manage your team by partnering and mentoring your team members - Ensure that the appearance of the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, are maintained according to Bétonel/Dulux standards Retail Store Manager Qualifications: - 1 or more years of retail store experience required - Prefer previous retail management experience, or outside sales experience - Available to work flexible shifts and hours, minimum 45 hours required per week - Must speak fluent French - We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly Do you want to add a little color to your career?
