**Job Summary**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **In office position only**:

- Preparation of Schedules for Tender submissions
- Review of Contract scheduling requirements and preparation of baseline project schedules
- Regular update of project schedules for:

- Monthly payment submissions
- Documentation of new instructions, extra work and/or delays
- Weekly progress updates to keep schedules current
- Drafting & preparation of any narrative description which may be required under a given Contract as supporting documentation for schedule submissions.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of civil construction scheduling concepts and proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with Project Managers and Site Supervisors for schedule updates on active projects.
- Experience in construction of heavy civil infrastructure projects
- Rail construction experience is an asset (particularly familiarity with scheduling requirements of Metrolinx Contracts)
- Valid G License with access to a vehicle

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
