Scheduler/quoter

Responsibilities:

- Utilize internal systems to identify daily tasks, schedule calls, log customer information, and monitor sales results
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate divisional leads
- Quote and schedule jobs accurately
- Responsible for preparing, reviewing and editing quotations as needed by the customer in an effective manner.
- Assist customers in realizing their service needs by providing excellent customer service and guidance
- Utilize problem solving skills to ensure staffing levels are in place
- Input and maintain customer data into Salesforce (CRM)
- Work effectively in a team fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with all cross functional teams to maintain, add, or modify the schedule data and plans.
- Perform job duties with accuracy
- Scanning, filing, and uploading documents into company databases, as required
- Provide inside sales support such as generating outbound calls to prospective customers and identify up-sell opportunities

- Knowledge of google suites and microsoft office
- Knowledge in Salesforce (CRM) is a definite plus

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
