As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Dispatcher to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment for timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, while optimizing routes and maximizing truck capacity.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide necessary updates.
- Track and document all activities, including load information, pick-up and delivery times, and driver availability.
- Monitor and manage driver hours of service to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any operational issues or delays promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to customer service.
- Continuously monitor and assess performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and driver efficiency, and implement improvement strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher in the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation routing, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with geographical areas and road networks to optimize route planning.
