**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners.
- Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Organize classroom materials and resources effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Experience**
- Proven experience (no less than 1 year) working with Toddlers in an educational setting is essential.
- A background in early childhood education or related field is required.
- Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Leadership qualities to guide students in their learning journey while fostering teamwork among peers.
- Proficient computer skills for classroom management and communication purposes. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
