Installation Project Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the fulfillment process for high volume orders not requiring extensive customer site preparations by working with cross-functional team-members to schedule delivery, installation, implementation activities, and equipment returns which meet or exceed the customer expectation and reflect equipment and resource availability.
- Work closely with customers, Order Management teams, shipping and field teams to own the fulfillment process for assigned orders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously.
- Complete accurate and up to date record keeping for backlog files. Attend weekly installation backlog reviews. Be prepared with current and accurate information, to update the business on project changes and advise on risk.
- Act as the primary liaison between GE HealthCare and the customer project teams. Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the installation process.
- Identification, escalation and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE HealthCare operational targets.
- Work cross functionally with sales, customer training functions, services & commercial operations teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Projects.
- Maintain accurate project milestone date accuracy creating visible and predictable data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting.
- Assure compliance and adherence with customer guidelines, GE HealthCare process and policy requirements and regulatory/legislative quality standards and expectations.
- Performs other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering and/or Commerce (Business Analytics, Business Administration, Operations) or equivalent related discipline.
- Demonstrate experience with strong detail orientated and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate cross functional project support or leadership.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, EHS and quality requirements for safe and compliant order fulfillment.
- Project Management Certification or proven proficiency desired.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Pursuing or Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, EHS and quality requirements for safe and compliant order fulfillment.
- Knowledge or experience within the Healthcare industry and GE HealthCare products (Patient Monitoring, Diagnostic Cardiology, Respiratory modalities).
- Demonstrated Information Technologies and Networking knowledge pertaining to medical devices.
- Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English / French would be an asset.
