At London Health Sciences Centre’s (LHSC) Regional Renal Program, people can expect to receive comprehensive care. This care extends to all people living in Southwestern Ontario with kidney disease. Our program strives to embody the mission statement of the Ontario Renal Network; Working together to improve the life of every person with kidney disease.
Care includes working together, to slow the progression of chronic kidney disease, thereby delaying the need for dialysis.
When kidney replacement therapy becomes necessary we provide support around treatment choice and what is optimal for each individual, including:
- Care at home - which includes Peritoneal Dialysis or Home Hemodialysis
- Care in-centre - which includes hemodialysis in a London hospital
- Care closer to home - which includes our Satellite Units
- Transplantation
- Conservative Management - (choosing not to start dialysis) & Palliative Care
Approximately 1000 chronic kidney disease (pre-dialysis) patients and 840 end stage kidney disease (on dialysis) patients are currently cared for by many teams in this program.
**Job Summary**:
**What the Role is**
Reporting to the Director, South West Regional Renal Program, Regional Director, Ontario Renal Network, South West Region, the Clinical Services Manager organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the delivery of department services. They are responsible for translating decisions of the program leadership into execution, by utilizing relationship management and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the necessary outcomes. The Manager ensures their team and department operations are aligned with our mission, vision and values, while working together to successfully achieve our strategic objectives.
This role is accountable for day-to-day department activities, including the management of human and material resources, day-to-day staffing and scheduling, development and support of a healthy workplace, risk and utilization measurements, and facilitation of improvement initiatives and change management, while operating within approved operational budgets and financial guidelines and controls. A major focus of the role is fostering effective working relationships and networks within the team/unit and with other teams across the organization.

**What You Will Bring with You**
- Successful completion of a recognized baccalaureate degree program in a health care related discipline required
- Related post-graduate education preferred
- Current Certificate of Registration from a college recognized under the Regulated Health Professions Act
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience
