Clinician’s Choice is a key partner company within the Clinical Research Dental organization.
The Compensation range for this position will be determined based on education and relevant years of experience.
**Position Summary**
The Clinician’s Choice **Project Management Associate** is involved in the planning and the execution of driving new products to market and enhancing sales opportunities of key products that have not reached market potential. The key roles of this position encompass product management, extensive market research, pricing, and promotion strategy, as well as participating in marketing launch planning and implementation review. This team member is expected to be highly efficient with the ability to work on multiple projects and ensure deadlines are consistently met; time management and organizational skills are critical.
The Clinician’s Choice Project Management Associate reports directly to the Clinician’s Choice President. This team member will also develop a close working relationship with all members of the Clinical Affairs, Continuing Education and the Marketing and Creative Services members. Team building and working with many different people is critical to maximizing effectiveness.
This position resides at our head office in the heart of downtown London, Ontario near Victoria Park.

**Accountabilities**:
**1.** **Project Management & Product Development**
- Lead project development meetings and ongoing project planning meetings with both internal team and external partners.
- Work closely with Clinician’s Choice President, Product and Marketing leadership to advance project and product development, meeting agreed upon timeline
- Prepare progress updates and manage all follow up actions with team members.
- Responsible for product development planning, including sales forecasting, market positioning, developing, and maintaining project timelines, product pricing strategy (pricing, margin, and promotions) and supporting when needed the development of marketing deliverables, and scheduling of project activities with the marketing and Product Manager.
- Ensure the appropriate resources are available by proactively planning and analyzing bottlenecks with the leadership team to identify and address gaps.
- Design and prepare standardized project reports on Product Management.
- Regularly perform market research to stay ahead of the curve on competitive products, promotions, and market to lead/pass on to marketing sales support and campaign development.
- Support project related administrative tasks by coordinating and managing project documentation, internal files, project records, product Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) evaluations and KOL client shipments.
- Conduct extensive research, including but not limited to technique articles, clinical studies, and competitor product information.
- Participate in all campaign planning and production meetings throughout the year.
- Analyse the post-launch process by ensuring regular product check-ins are executed along the product’s life cycle to track performance, identify issues, trends and opportunities, and bring forward recommendations to challenge messaging, promotion, etc., as required.
**2.** **Supplier Agreements & Relations**
- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring completion of all CCI agreements, including proper signoffs are secured (Supplier, Dealer, NDA’s)
- Ensure applicable departments review critical sections of all contracts (i.e. Quality/Regulatory, Purchasing, CE, Marketing)
- Red line all agreements prior to sharing with CCO for final approval.
- Ensure all agreements are controlled electronically with signatures and reviewed annually for accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for any contractual amendments if presented with changes to any of our agreements.
- Liaise with manufacturing partners to collect new product supportive documentation and/or data.
**3.** **Marketing and Education - Business Analytics**
- Analyze marketing and sales trends to help the company make informed decisions about pricing structures, product demands, and marketing campaigns as directed by Marketing Brand Managers.
- Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits as well as gather data about competitor and market conditions as directed.
- Measure the sales effectiveness of marketing programs, campaigns and strategies and develop plans to capture market share through various sales and marketing activities. (print, digital and online
