Calgary, Canada Juvenescence Child Development Centre Ltd. Full time

Our out of school care teams need a E.C.E Level **1, 2 or 3** Educator with superpowers in:

- Providing a safe, caring, and enriching environment for the children enrolled at Juvenescence.
- Create a positive parent experience using effective communication.
- Supervise childrens interactions to ensure they are positive, healthy, safe and that all children are treated with respect and dignity.
- Collaborate with co-workers and Director to create engaging and relevant monthly programming that fit the needs of the centre’s children.
- Advocate for Juvenescence within the community, schools, and other working relationships to create a positive and professional company image.

**Compensation**:
Is determined based on your education and experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Early Childhood Educator Level **1, 2 or 3**.
- Experience within the child education and/or development field is preferred.
- Class 4 Drivers License is an asset*.
- A clear Police Clearance with a Vulnerable Sector Search.
- First Aid & CPR certified.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs and participate in full body activities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Basecamp and Timesavr is preferred.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday 12-36 hrs./week. Shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- This is a split shift that aligns with the nature of before and after school care for example: Part-time Shift could be 7am OR 2:00 pm - 6 pm with PD Days.

**Salary**: $16.25-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Due to the nature of our programs, all successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against covid-19 prior to their start date at Juvenescence.
