Gloucester, Canada MTC Auto Sales Full time

_**Drivethrufinance**_ team is growing. We are looking for a competitive, energetic, productive, and self-motivated Sales Specialist for our Ottawa location We are passionate about helping customers achieve finance goals.
- You have good sales experience preferably in the car business or finance related. If not, relative experience while having the desire and the maturity to learn the business. Average learning curve is 3 months.
- You have the desire to learn the Auto Finance business and become a Finance Manager? We are willing to invest in your training and development only if you demonstrate the desire and ability.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Calling ~100 fresh leads daily who already applied for car loans.

2. Engaging through the phone with potential customers by booking and confirming appointments.

3. Coordinating closely with sales and finance team members.

4. Building trust, following-up and communicating with potential customers by assisting them in their vehicle buying experience.

5. Identify and qualify customer’s vehicle needs

6. Verifying customers information over the phone and collecting the necessary documents required for auto loan financing.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Outgoing and people-oriented attitude.

2. Bilingualism, English and French, is very important and will be considered first.

3. Previous outbound calling experience is an assets.

4. Strong follow up skills with both customers and finance team.

5. Result oriented mindset.

6. Well organized and sense of urgency with your duties.

7. Ability to earn trust and develop strong relationship with customers over the phone.

4. Full time (in office): 40 hours per week. Flexible hours but we are in a sales environment.

5. Fixed base salary plus bonus on closed deals.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
