**Position Overview**:
As our Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting Esublu’s unique IT and marketing solutions, and implementing effective sales processes. With your extensive background in IT and marketing sales, you will guide our clients in understanding and benefiting from Esublu’s innovative platform while driving sales through tailored strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead sales efforts, presenting Esublu’s IT and marketing benefits with clarity and professionalism.
- Establish and refine back-office sales strategies, setting up scalable techniques for consistent growth.
- Maintain a results-driven approach, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Develop customized solutions and presentations to showcase Esublu’s capabilities, enhancing client engagement.
- Coordinate with our finance and IT teams, ensuring efficient processes, especially regarding Stripe transactions and payment integrations.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in IT and/or marketing industries.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, particularly Stripe, and experience working with data-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Proven experience developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients and tasks.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
