**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Perform account reconciliation for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or other relevant tools to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee wages.
- Handle bank reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support team members with administrative and customer service tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, account reconciliation, payroll processing, and general accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
