**General Description**

Seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, team player to assist with project coordination. This position will require strong communication skills, an ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines along with strong computer skills. Construction background or understanding would be an asset.

**Type**

Full time, approx. 45 hrs/wk

**Report to / Interact with**

This position will report directly to the Project Manager’s and at times Operations Manager while working with the office team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and provide support to the Project Managers to coordinate completion of project deliverables
- Assist with project administration including coordination, project tracking, submitting scheduling, prepare monthly billing and preparing and organizing work order details for the field
- Create, monitor and manage project requirements along with building traffic and environmental plans packages
- Request, obtain and manage municipal consents, road occupancy / cut permits, and other required municipal permits
- Data entry, including updating excel tracking sheets, online project tracking
- Filing and updating completed work
- Reading contracts and reviewing drawings to have a strong understanding of the requirements for the projects

**Job Qualifications**
- Construction background / experience would be an asset
- Diploma/Certificate of C. Tech would be an asset but not required
- Multi-tasking ability, strong organizational skills, deadline driven, good communication skills, ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Valid G drivers license is required
