**YOU HAVE**:
- A high aptitude of **mechanical inclination**; you enjoy working with your hands using a variety tools and equipment; a background in trades or industrial production is preferred
- High degree of **accuracy** as you will be responsible for building hose assemblies according to a high standard of quality
- The ability to **self-supervise and work independently** while effectively pacing your day and meeting targets and objectives
- Outstanding **teamwork skills**; communicating effectively with your teammates to get the job done
- Strong **organizational skills** and enjoy working in a clean and neat environment
- Ability to safely **lift, push, pull** and know when to ask for help from your teammates
- An interest in **learning** about a new industry, getting to know the product
- Good **problem-solving skills** and use your logic and experience to solve issues in order to “keep the customers moving”
