**Summary**

As an Assembler, you will perform a vital role in our manufacturing process by efficiently and accurately assembling various components to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of aluminum service bodies.

Working as an Assembler is ideal for individuals seeking an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.

**Assembler Level 1 A - Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Door Assembly: Perform assembly of door hinges, door installation, and adjustment to ensure proper fit and function.

2. Front Rock Guards: Install and secure front rock guards to protect the work truck body from road debris.

3. Gas Shocks: Mount and install gas shocks for easy and controlled opening and closing of doors and compartments.

4. Cabinet, Shelves, and Drawer Slides: Assemble cabinets, shelves, and install drawer slides, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

5. Whale Tail Handles: Mount and attach whale tail handles to work truck bodies for easy accessibility.

**Level 1 B - Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assemble Rope Rings, Buggy Whip Clips, Rubber Vents: Perform assembly of additional components.
- Install J-Hooks, Tool Holders, Grab Handles: Mount and install various functional components.
- Clean the Galley of the Truck Body: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the galley area.

**Assembler Level 2 - Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install Rear Bumper, Tank and Beacons: Mount and secure rear bumpers, tanks, and beacons.
- 3-Piece Roof Assembly, Barn Door, and Tailgate Assembly: Perform accurate assembly of these components.
- Spare Tire Carrier, Crane Support, Beacon Mount Cover, Tailgate Cover: Install and secure these components.
- Door Adjustment, Door Seal Paper Testing: Perform adjustments and conduct door seal paper testing.
- Outrigger Slide Assembly, Rear Flip Steps: Assemble outrigger slides and rear flip steps.
- Bumper Plate Install, D&C Install, Barn Door Trim: Install bumper plates, D&C components, and barn door trims.
- Rear Apron Assembly, Mud Flaps, Outrigger Legs Install: Assemble rear aprons, install mud flaps, and mount outrigger legs.

**Assembler Level 3 A - Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assemble F.O.R. (Floor Opening Reinforcement)
- Short Braided Hose Install, Drain Install: Install short braided hoses and drainage systems.
- Air Reel Install, Long Braided Hose Install: Mount air reels and install long braided hoses.
- DEF Install, Fuel Install: Assemble DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) and fuel systems.
- Master Lock Prep and Master Lock Adjustment and Install: Prepare and install master locks.

**Level 3 B - Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Quality Control and Ship Loose: Conduct quality control checks on completed aluminum service bodies and oversee shipping processes.
