**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Conduct SEO research to enhance visibility and reach of social media content.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
- Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze advertising performance on social media platforms and adjust strategies as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques to improve content discoverability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar tools for social media management.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- A background in advertising is a plus but not required.
