Responsible for the safe flow of goods in and within the branch or warehouse. Ensures branch is supplied as necessary by shipping and receiving goods, checking for accuracy, and appropriately processing orders. Supports the warehouse by managing stock levels, performing housekeeping activities within the work area, and operating a forklift in support of the movement of goods.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of shipping and receiving products, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Safely load, unload, move, ship, and receive product
- Ensure orders are picked correctly, tagged, and double checked
- Receive goods into inventory, including unpacking and verifying contents against appropriate documents; ensures received goods are accurately input into the computer tracking system
- Prepare packages to be sent out in accordance with information on the packing slip, picks and packs goods for shipment as per customer and branch orders.
- Ensure goods are shipped in accordance with organizational best practices and customer requirements
- Maintain Bills of Lading, book and arrange carriers for timely delivery of goods.
- File packing slips from suppliers and co-workers; print service and production documents as required
- Ensure the warehouse is always maintained in a clean and organized fashion
- Participate with regularly scheduled counts to ensure inventory is maintained and accurate.
- Handle emergency orders when applicable
- Oversee inter branch transfers to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Operate forklift and activities within the work area in a safe manner
- Follow instructions, maintain timelines and execute effective time management
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch and company success
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures
- Lift, slide, carry and lower items that weigh up to 50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch and company success

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (required)
