**Business Profile**: Health Bound Health Network is a network of rehabilitation clinics that is revolutionizing rehabilitation by helping people overcome the challenges of disabling injury, illness or age-related health conditions to live active and healthier.

**Objectives**:
Administrative assistant coordinates activities and third-party personnel to the company in a professional manner, reporting to the Manager.
- **Filling**:Basic stuff to keep up with the paper flow
- **Data Entry**:
**Inventory**Management**:

- You'll be required to help manage, order and keep tabs on gym inventory and equipment.

**Account Management**:

- You'll be responsible for helping manage client accounts, helping with declined payments and updating member agreements.

**Required Skills**:

- **Microsoft Word (and Google Drive)**: you must be very comfortable using these programs
- **Microsoft Excel (and Google Sheets)**:you must have basic Excel skills - we don't do anything advanced with this software, just some simple spreadsheets, but you must be comfortable doing what I need you to do.
- **Good Phone Personality/Etiquette**:you will be talking with my customers, who are VERY important to me, and prospective customers, who are also important.
- **A self-starter attitude**:You will be left alone to do the majority of your work after you are trained. We want you to have the initiative to find productive work and to keep busy for the time that you're with us. If plan to sit around and wait to be instructed on what to do this is not going to be a good fit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
