**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports for upper management on operational performance and improvement initiatives.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
