**Job Description**:
**Administrator** **Duties**:

- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the server and storage infrastructure across the entire organization
- Managing 2 data centers in an active/passive disaster recovery setup
- Managing Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Azure, Office 365)
- Installing, configuring, maintaining our performance and monitoring systems
- Creating and maintaining systems documentation
- Part of on call rotation for after-hours support for infrastructure related emergencies.
- Occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance.

**Team Lead Duties**:

- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with each Administrators on the team, as well as 15-minute meetings weekly.
- Review team KPIs to ensure performance levels are achieved.
- Review training requirements for the team and act as a mentor for the Administrators.
- Collaborate with other team leads or management to ensure team efficiency.
- Actively participate in the recruitment of new Administrators.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar environment with previous experience as a senior system administrator
- Strong knowledge of virtualized infrastructures in a DR environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Strong knowledge of IP networking such as LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Experience with SAN/NAS Fiber channel and ISCSI networks
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, English and French
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel if required
