**Position Overview**

Tri-Peak Strategies is seeking a **Junior Data Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level data professional to grow their career in the consulting and data analysis field. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams to support data analysis and provide critical insights that influence key business decisions. You will play a vital role in gathering, processing, and interpreting data from various sources, helping us craft impactful solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Collection & Analysis**: Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- **Data Interpretation**: Extract meaningful insights from raw data, generating reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and present detailed reports, including statistical analysis, trends, and recommendations, tailored to client needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior data analysts and business consultants to design and implement data analysis strategies that address client objectives.
- **Data Visualization**: Create compelling visual representations of data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.
- **Data Quality Assurance**: Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing data and correcting errors to maintain accuracy.
- **Market Research Support**: Assist with collecting data on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarks to inform business strategies.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest trends in data analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies to ensure the highest level of expertise.
- **Data Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data processing tasks, analyses, and reports for internal use and client reference.

**QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- **Data Analysis Skills**: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and Python (or R).
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

**Preferred Skills**:
