**What You’ll Do**:

- **Be the First Impression**: Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and check guests in and out
- **Support Administrative Tasks**: Assist with various administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly.
- **Drive Retail Success**: Engage with retail sales and organization.
- **Event Support**: Help coordinate and assist with events in our studio.
- **Inventory Management**: Follow inventory processes to ensure our retail department runs seamlessly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Organized & Efficient**: Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst keeping attention to detail and ensuring customer experience.
- **Problem Solver**: You tackle challenges head-on with a positive attitude and common sense.
- **Industry Enthusiast**: Previous experience or a genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics, is an asset.

- Retail experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage with clients
