**A Day in the Life**:
- Work with our clients - willingness to do presentations, demos, and training.
- Building relationships with clients - willingness to participate in business development initiatives.
- Time management.
- Responding to emergencies: willingness to accept calls after hours, if required.
- On-site support requirements will be determined on a project-by-project basis by the client.
- Fulltime, permanent position - may require work outside regular office hours. Location: Primary location in either Calgary or Edmonton office, with the potential to work remotely when not on-site**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in database management is an asset but not essential (SQL, Power BI, PowerQuery, etc.) - training will be provided.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Access).
- Experience with turnover and completion processes.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and procedures.
- General familiarity with plant processes.
- Must be able to read piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), single lines, isometrics, etc.
- Ability to communicate technical information.
- Working-level proficiency in English.
