**What You Will Be Doing**
- Inspect site access prior to job start.
- Warranty inspections/meetings with homeowners & home builder warranty departments.
- Site construction measurements.
- Obtaining, storing, and organizing field documentation.
- Effective problem-solving of on-site construction concerns.
- Ensure client and BURNCO quality standards are achieved and maintained through regular site quality control checks.
- Identify/track/report field discrepancies, out of scope work, or any other variances to scope.
- Deficiency and conflict resolution.
- Execute minor/basic repairs if required.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all sub-trades.
- Complete daily safety reporting
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills and ability to work alone.
- Previous construction inspector or warranty resolution experience required.
- Working to deadlines and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong knowledge of residential concrete construction standards, practices, procedures, and sequences.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Safety focused.
- Light estimating skills are considered an asset.
