**Interior Renovator**

Towne Renovations is a small and unique renovation company that caters to our sister company, Towne & Countree Kitchens. We are looking for a new team member that is passionate about doing quality renovation work, giving excellent customer service and having some fun

Work Environment:

- Working indoors and outdoors of client’s spaces
- Our working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday

Skills and Experience:

- Basic plumbing skills - connecting sinks and faucets, fridge water lines, tubs and showers
- Basic electrical skills, running low voltage wiring for under cabinet lighting
- Finishing carpentry skills, baseboards, casings, trim works
- Hanging interior doors
- Installation of cabinetry
- Installing tile backsplash (preferred but not required)
- **Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle**:

- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have organization skills, to keep track of receipts and timesheets

Preferences:

- 3-5 years interior renovation experience

, permanent, full benefits after 90 days, annual 2 weeks paid vacation

Pay: $28-$35.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.49 per hour
