As Quality Manager, you will report to our PMO/COO. You will oversee our Quality Management System and lead the preparation for ISO 9001:2015 certification. **Responsibilities**:

- Implement ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management systems in the company.
- Review the Company's QA Manual, Procedures, and Quality Records
- Organizing our Quality Program to improve
- Document control
- Software Verification and Validation (V&V)
- Corrective Action Efforts for internal and external NCRs (including complaint handling)
- Our Internal Audit Program
- Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Auditing, Oversight, and Qualification
- Training protocols, implementation, and tracking
- Equipment maintenance and calibration tracking
- Inspection and test planning
- Identifying and minimizing risks
- Health and safety protocols
- Reports QMS performance to top management and awareness of the QMS throughout the organization.
- Co-ordinates staff of different departments and drives the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.
- Reviews company quality metrics and takes appropriate initiatives to meet or exceed them
- Other projects and duties as assigned relevant to the role of a Quality Manager

**Qualification and Skills**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Management/ Quality Engineer role implementing ISO 9001 QMS
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Focused, and detail-oriented.
- Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) is an asset.
- Implement a software V&V program - Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Auditing, Oversight, and Qualification
