Customer Service Technician

Location Required: "Toronto Surrounding Area" A. General Summary This position is responsible for the timely and cost effective maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. B. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities - Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Operate and repair various HVAC equipment - Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of equipment. - Promote the value of the Company’s products, services and programs on every call. - Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth. - Perform timely and accurate ‘trunk stock’ inventory counts. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all equipment and regulations. - Communicating with clients - Problem solving and critical thinking - Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams - Participate in required product and technical training. - Respond to client complaints, questions and needs - Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free. - Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Health and Safety and Company Vehicle. - Special projects or other duties as required. C. Education/Experience/Effort - Secondary school education or equivalent - Licensed or apprentice with experience in servicing Water Heaters & HVAC equipment. Gas Technician II license. Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario - 313d). Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card. Class G Driver’s License.
