THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking retail talent to fill the position of REGIONAL VISUAL SPECIALIST for the Manitoba market. This position will be responsible for multiple store locations in all Manitoba reporting to Area Leader. We are seeking a creative individual who understands current styling trends, visual merchandise techniques; and can interpret them to meet our product and customer strategies for each Brand. You play a role in growing our brand, maximizing sales, and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience. In a performance driven culture, you will have strong merchandise skills and are detail oriented. You are successful in this role as a direct result of your ability to be flexible and to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks, with careful attention to detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver brand fashion ability through the creation and execution of store visual merchandise presentation. - Implement Brand(s) visual standards, and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve a consistency of visual display. - Develops and communicates visual set-up techniques to enhance product, inventory levels, promotional strategies that support the brand(s) and customer shopping experience. - Prepares visual communication. - Establishes partnerships with Stakeholders to ensure visual presentation standards and direction are maintained for brand consistency. - Provides visual training. - Visual execution of Home Office set up store at assigned local store; new store openings as assigned.
