We’re currently recruiting a full‑time, term Energy Efficiency Specialist. The term will be approximately 18 months. Job Title Energy Efficiency Specialist (Marketing Specialist) – Efficiency Manitoba Position Overview Working in close collaboration with other Energy Efficiency Specialists, Technical Specialists, the Strategic Initiatives Manager, and reporting to the Strategic Initiatives Program Lead, this position is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and implementing demand‑side management (DSM) programs for the residential mass market and commercial ground source heat pump portfolio while providing excellent customer service and team contributions towards the achievement of Efficiency Manitoba’s targeted goals. This position will also manage day‑to‑day duties associated with the Innovation Fund and Efficiency Manitoba’s supplier network. The Energy Efficiency Specialist will demonstrate extensive marketing, communication, analytical, and organizational skills combined with expertise pertaining to energy efficient technologies.
