**Summer Student (August Opportunity)**

**What you’ll be working on**:
**ADMIN/IT**

Various duties, dependent upon the position and department such as:
- Administrative support- Data entry eg. move data from google docs to business continuity management system- Data Validation- Process Improvement- Implementation support- Document/job aid creation, videos, quizzes etc.

**What you’ll need to have**:
- Eligible students must be registered as a full-time post secondary student in an accredited institution- Currently recognized as having full-time status by the academic institution- Returning to full-time studies in the next academic term- Working towards the completion of a community college diploma or university degree- Excel/Google Sheet knowledge- Data processing- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, especially documentation and reporting-
- Critical thinking: logical, willingness to learn-
- Positive attitude-
- Good work ethic: organization, persistence, reliability, trainability**It would be nice for you to have**:
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks- Clear reading, writing, listening and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail/accuracy- Well-developed mathematical skills- Ability to think logically, analyze, solve problems, and learn new technology- Ability to work independently and as a team member
