**Duties**
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards while implementing best practices in financial management.
- Supervise the finance team, providing mentorship and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks to manage financial records effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting, payroll management, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
