**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver lessons in small groups (5-6 students) with personalized attention
- Create interactive, engaging lesson plans and materials
- Track student progress and communicate with parents and the EduSmile team
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment

**Qualifications & Eligibility Requirements**
- Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) preferred
- Experience teaching Grades 1-8
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Comfortable with educational technology
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Clean criminal background check
- Provide most recent professional reference
