- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Highly professional, excellent communicator, skilled at developing and leading teams, be committed to total quality, and passionate about the business
- Ability to think strategically, be good at problem-solving and interpreting financial performance through effective controls and metrics
- Must be a results-oriented, take-charge, hands-on leader
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and team-building skills, with a commitment to building a positive and effective organizational culture
- 5+ years direct experience as described herein
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $58.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
