**Altruck International Truck Centres** is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Duty Truck Parts Representative to join our team at our Goderich Branch located at **33910 Airport Road.**

Hours for the position are **Monday
- Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)** may vary.

As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our heavy-duty truck parts and accessories to customers and will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions to keep their trucks running smoothly and efficiently. You will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Assess customer needs to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales managers, product experts to ensure seamless customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and product inventory
- Operate Forklift equipment safely and efficiently when handling parts.
- Attending training sessions to stay current with industry trends and expand network
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts sales or related field
- 1-3 years of working experience in an After Sales Service or Parts department
- Experience reading and deciphering parts breakdowns, parts manuals and BOM's
- Experience with CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management)/CDK Systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in a fast pace environment with an aptitude for time management and multi-tasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
