Storage Administrator

We are looking for a self-motivated Intermediate Storage Administrator working in a primarily NetApp environment. We are looking for help with day to day administration, upgrades, maintenance activities, documentation and proactive monitoring. Project work will also be a big part of the role. Other duties will include some ticket work and interacting with peers, across functions and with end users.
**Experience**
- Storage NetApp FAS/AFF in Clusters operating at 9.0 and above
- SolidFire clusters OS version 11.0 -12.3
- StorageGRID Cluster support versions 12.x
- Experience working with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi 6.x, 7.x
- Experience racking and stacking storage equipment
**Qualifications/Job Responsibilities**
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Cluster-mode configuration and support.
- Proven experience in complex, enterprise level NAS platform in a mission critical environment
- In-depth knowledge of NetApp Snap suite of products (Snapmirror, Virtual Storage console, SnapCenter for VMware, Flexclone etc.), ISCSI, NFS, CIFS
- Provide storage infrastructure system management including Aggregate, volume, Qtree and LUN Management
- Performance monitoring and tuning using Core Dump and Perfstats, security management etc.
- Hands on experience in patch and firmware updates
- Software upgrades and storage provisioning
- Experience in NetApp NFS management
- Should Manage Tier-3 support following ITIL practice and incident management
- At least 5 years of experience in NetApp
- Excellent Communication skills
**Salary**: $48,554.00-$53,544.00 per year
