Are you passionate about food and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment? We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Helper to join our team at HungryHeads, a popular quick-service restaurant in Oakville. This is a part-time position offering flexible working hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Follow recipes and ensure that food is prepared according to the established standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Handle and store ingredients properly
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Maintain inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any shortages
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
