**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Help cooks with cooking tasks as needed, ensuring that all food items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure the kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support the team during busy service periods by providing assistance wherever necessary.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
