**Production Employee**

**Good Bread** is a new and exciting Artisan Bread bakery supplying both wholesale and retail breads, pastries, and desserts. We're seeking a well-rounded, energetic, growth-minded experienced **Production Employee** to join our team

At Good Bread, we pride ourselves on using the best ingredients to create from scratch the best products and provide the best service for our customers. Come join us and share in this passion.

**Production**
- Meet daily production requirements.
- Be able to follow Good Bread’s system for bread baking (scaling, mixing, dividing, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking).
- Follow the production schedule.
- We will train you on the safe use of equipment (Dividers, Mixers, Oven, etc.).
