**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Must have complete knowledge of cooking**:

- **Must demonstrate the practise of food temperatures and safe limits**:

- **Must be able to operated kitchen equipment in a safe manner**:

- **Must have a minimum 2 years experience in commerical kitchen doing food prep**

**HOURS**:

- 3 -4 days per week
- 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for use in cooking.
- Ensure that all food is stored and handled in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed.
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- London, ON N6K 2K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
