Purpose
As a member of Adaptabilities’ Program Leadership Team, the Program Supervisor is accountable for leading and managing a team to meet identified key performance outcomes. The Program Supervisor is accountable for the overall delivery of programs and services in their assigned program area. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the successful execution of service delivery, supervision and performance management of team members and collaboration internally and externally. The supervisor will consistently demonstrate and incorporate AdaptAbilities’ core values in their day-to-day work and leadership, while fulfilling our core purpose of empowering families and individuals with special needs to grow, succeed and belong.

Key Functions
- Lead the team in planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating enhanced respite services resulting in an extraordinary degree of customer and employee satisfaction
- Support and supervise team members while effectively utilizing financial and operational resources through compliance with organizational and departmental policies and core processes
- Accountable for consistent achievement and results of individual and program outcomes
- Responsible for effectively maintaining and utilizing funding according topolicies, agreements and contracts
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Maintain timely, accurate and professional correspondence, records, reports, schedules, spreadsheets and documentation
- Ensure the safety of participants, staff, volunteers and family members attending programing and facilities
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in disability studies, or other relevant discipline is preferred
- Three years of experience in related field
- Two years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated proficiency working in the Google platform (Mail and Apps) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- A shared passion and vision with the organization
- Clear Police Information Check and Intervention Record Check
- Standard First Aid Level C & AED, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol
Working Conditions
This position is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30pm (flexibility required). This position is based out of our Head Office.
