Duties and Responsibilities:

- Community management for all PAL Airlines social media outlets
- Widespread media monitoring to collect data about PAL Airlines brand mentions and news articles
- Media monitoring to collect data about the aviation industry and PAL Airline’s role as an essential service provider in Quebec
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create and post engaging content that keeps the PAL Airlines customer base informed and interested
- Assist the marketing team in developing marketing strategies through market research and analysis in the Quebec market and implement these strategies where necessary,
- Interact with our online community in Quebec and respond to inquiries, concerns, and suggestions with a commitment to customer service
- Increase brand awareness in Quebec and generate new relationships by growing our social media presence
- Stay current of trends and techniques that are attractive to our target audience and will boost engagement
- Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Familiarity with travel/tourism
- Superior communication skills
- Experience in marketing and social media management is considered beneficial
- Experience in digital advertising is considered beneficial
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement
