About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time and take ownership of our online advertising and SEO strategy. This role is critical to driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and growing our digital presence across key platforms—especially through Google Ads, SEO, and performance-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of planning and executing paid campaigns, optimizing website content for search, and using data to make informed marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media Campaigns, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Develop and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, bounce rate, and rankings
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Stay current with the latest trends in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEO
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and paid media performance
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar
  • Experience in campaign budgeting, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Creative thinking combined with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Marketing Numérique expérimenté pour se joindre à notre équipe à temps plein et prendre en charge notre stratégie de publicité en ligne et de référencement (SEO). Ce rôle est essentiel pour générer du trafic, améliorer les taux de conversion et faire croître notre présence digitale sur les principales plateformes, notamment grâce à Google Ads, au SEO et à des campagnes axées sur la performance.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience solide dans la planification et l'exécution de campagnes payantes, l'optimisation de contenu pour les moteurs de recherche et l'analyse des données pour orienter les décisions marketing.

Responsabilités principales

  • Planifier, exécuter et optimiser des campagnes publicitaires sur Google Ads, réseaux sociaux, etc.
  • Effectuer des recherches de mots-clés approfondies et gérer les stratégies SEO sur page et hors page
  • Analyser et présenter les performances des campagnes à l'aide d'outils comme Google Analytics et Search Console
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des tests A/B pour les créations publicitaires, les pages d'atterrissage et le ciblage d'audiences
  • Suivre et optimiser les KPIs clés : CTR, ROAS, CPC, taux de rebond, positionnement organique, etc.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes contenu, design et ventes afin d'aligner les initiatives marketing aux objectifs d'affaires
  • Se tenir à jour des tendances et meilleures pratiques en SEO, SEM et marketing numérique

Profil recherché

  • 5+ années d'expérience concrète en marketing numérique, avec un fort accent sur Google Ads et le SEO
  • Excellente compréhension des algorithmes des moteurs de recherche, des stratégies de mots-clés et des performances des médias payants
  • Solides compétences analytiques et maîtrise des outils Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs ou équivalents
  • Expérience en gestion de budgets, suivi de performance et analyse du retour sur investissement
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs campagnes simultanément et à bien prioriser les tâches
  • Esprit créatif combiné à une approche analytique et axée sur les données
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication (orale et écrite)
